Meet the Team

Zyrack Dean Osmon is a multidisciplinary performer, fashion model, and talent development professional born in Saint John, NB and raised in Ontario. Trained in cello, voice, acting, and dance under Lana Coste, he performed internationally with the King Edward Concert Choir across Ontario and Michigan, recording multiple albums and singing national anthems at major sporting events.

In the 1990s, Zyrack secured an international fashion contract with McDonald/Richards Inc. in NYC and became known for high-fashion, commercial, and editorial work. In 2000, he won the Daytime ABC Network vocal competition in NYC, earning a walk-on role on All My Children, a Soap Digest feature as Best Artist 2000 (NYC), and the title of Best Contemporary Male Vocal Artist in Staten Island.

Returning to Canada, he signed with Giovanni Model Management and N.A.M. in Toronto, walking runways for designers including Dsquared2, Tommy Hilfiger, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Harry Rosen, Ghetto Panda, and Parasuco. His acting credits span theatre, film, television, and voice work across North America.

Zyrack later transitioned into talent representation, creating film, TV, commercial, voice, and background divisions at InspirationALL Talent & Modeling Group in Vancouver, serving as an international fashion scout, and founding Maijah Lewk Talent (2011–2019). He continued with Ignite Artists Talent Management until 2021. Today, his focus is on teaching, branding, and professional development, dedicated to training and elevating artists.

I am a creative professional with a lifelong love for the arts and nearly 15 years of experience working with children. Throughout my career coaching all-star cheerleading, my greatest focus has always been helping young people build confidence, resilience, and belief in themselves in a positive and supportive environment.

Alongside my coaching background, I specialize in social media and content creation, allowing me to help children develop comfort and confidence both on camera and on stage. I believe confidence is the foundation of every great performer — and every happy child. My approach is rooted in encouragement, patience, and celebrating individuality, so each student feels seen, supported, and proud of who they are. My goal is not just to create strong performers, but confident children who carry these skills with them far beyond the arts.
